Proposed title change for FAQ 113

Since questions like this do come up fairly frequently, can we change the title of 113 to something like "How do I use my LiveJournal.com e-mail alias?" I think that would help to make it clearer that this isn't a separate account, but just a forward. ("Forwarding address" or something similar might be even better wording since it's more commonly used, but that's minor.)
