Console Reference

I was just trying to find something in the documentation, and I don't think it is documented somewhere sensible, so documenting it seems like a good idea. The Console Reference contains a realy good guide to most of the admin/console commands, but not all of them, including many useful to everyday users. I think most of the missing ones are of the set FOO type, since the help for set is almost useless, including using the help set command.

The commands I know of that are undocumented are the option to disably quick comment reply (which I gave up searching for, but I'm sure someone knows) and the option to opt out of latest.bml and similar pages, which I stumbled across while looking for the quick comment reply code, but didn't write down as I didn't expect to post about it. There are likely others. And documentation is doupleplusgood, so I figured I'd point it out.
