FAQ202 how do I find people on LiveJournal?

FAQ202 is a little confusing, it links to FAQ61 right at the end of the paid account options. I think that could be misread; it looks as if it's under the paid account heading, and that could cause "do I need a paid account to add a friend" questions. The link to FAQ61 - friends system could be put into the further reading section, just for clarity.
