edits to faq 71

Reflecting recent changes to the password security checker, I made the following revisions:

"LiveJournal does not allow you to use a password for your account that is based on a dictionary word or a proper name. Many password-guessing programs are able to guess dictionary-based passwords quickly, which puts your account at risk. Your password also cannot be based on your username or e-mail address, or consecutive letters or numbers on a keyboard. There is no way to bypass these password restrictions."

mostly all-new:

"* Every password must contain a number or a symbol. You may also use a combination of lowercase and uppercase letters.
* Do not use a row or column of letters or numbers on your keyboard."
