faq #66 - ip address logging

faq 66 doesn't say that community maintainers can also view IP addresses of comments when logging is turned on.

i noticed this when i saw this support request. so. it's giving out slightly inaccurate information.

(also, when the time comes, this is one of the faqs that will need to have the IP address of livejournal.com updated.)
