FAQ176: "Making Your Layers Public" better in FAQ177?

Section "Making Your Layers Public" of FAQ 176 isn't really relevant there, and would be more useful in FAQ 177, since you need that info most when creating a style or layer. Putting it in FAQ 176 makes it hard to find (esp. if you do as I do and go directly to the S2 reference docs for information on layer types).
