It doesn't look right to see a mix of "itemid=xxxxx" and "journal=journal&itemid=xxxx" links in there. Not exactly important, just untidy. Also makes it hard to see where a comment is located in the non-journal=xxx examples.
Pointers to changenotify.bml - should this be in the guide if the notifications don't work for all the categories listed on the page?
