Interests sorting

as an off-shoot from http://community.livejournal.com/helpscreening/1128900.html

in FAQ 60, we now say Order: Alphabetical, with possible exceptions for nonroman alphabets.
maybe we could remove this ambiguity, or explain in more technical terms? for example, I know that in Russian, interests are sorted alphabetically, but all the capitalized words come first (because it's a different Unicode symbol, I guess).
