Small tweak to FAQ 75

FAQ 75 - How do I get that little link that people click to hide my pictures of my cat's birthday party?

I think we should add the mention of the Rich Text Editor right up into the lj-cut part of the FAQ, in some way. Currently, they can read the whole lj-cut section and still haven't learned that they can't do it that way if they're using the Rich Text editor.

I think maybe add something right to the beginning of the explanation for lj-cut:

"This can be used in a journal entry to hide all or part of an entry. Note that if you are using the Rich Text Editor, you cannot manually code the lj-cut in this manner. You must use the Rich Text Editor's lj-cut button to include an lj-cut."

With the phrase 'lj-cut button' or something linked to the RTE FAQ.

Or phrasing that doesn't suck quite that bad, LOL -- but something to immediately give them a clue that they need to do something different for the RTE. 75 is the FAQ we send them to always, and since you can't do the lj-cut by hand at all, it's (to me) somewhat misleading without that info.

Just a thought.
