[rfc] User Info/Edit Info as FAQ or TOD

lady_angelina suggested that there be some documentation for the User/Community Info page and the Edit Info page, but I'm not sure whether it would be better as an FAQ or a tipoftheday. I know a lot of stuff on both pages is documented already, but I think it would be useful to have a single page that explains or links to explanations.

Any thoughts?
