Possibly misleading link text in FAQ 227

In the "Controlling Tag Visibility Using Security Settings" section in FAQ 227, there is a link to the Tags Management page whose link text says "Edit Tags." To avoid possible confusion (as may have occurred in this recent request), the link text should be changed to "Tags Management."
