Targeting FAQs to certain user types

We should revisit the idea of better targeting FAQs towards certain user types now we have the new, fourth distinction between free and sponsored+. Something like:

This FAQ contains information relevant only to Paid and Permanent accounts [link to FAQ 38]. To check your account type, please see your profile page.


Better still, if we could detect a user's account type, we could tell them that certain FAQs or certain info doesn't apply to them and why. Thoughts?
