Minor addition to FAQ 69

Could the following statement (or something similar) be added to FAQ 69?

"Please note that in order to vote in a poll, you must be logged into your LiveJournal account."

I can't find anything in the FAQ that actually says that explicitly. It only says that votes can't be made anonymously.
