FAQ 210 gives the wrong location for some icons.

For layout and image problems, your browser or Internet connection is blocking:

* pics.livejournal.com: LiveJournal's image server. With this problem, LiveJournal images (userpics, mood icons, or the LiveJournal user or community icons) will not load.

This is wrong. The LiveJournal user or community icons, and at least some mood icons, are on stat.lj, not pics.lj.
