Add to FAQ 268

In the troubleshooting section of FAQ268, a statement needs to be added to the "Invalid Video URL" bullet to tell users how to request additional providers. Probably something like:

If you'd like to recommend that a provider be supported by LiveJournal, please have a representative of the provider contact the webmaster@livejournal.com.

This addition should help reduce support requests on this issue.
