FAQ 213, FAQ 188

This has came up while I was discussing a certain request with someone... Since March 1st, all Free Text areas support HTML, and FAQ 213 needs to be edited to reflect that. Currently it says "Free Text areas can only contain plain text and cannot include any HTML formatting." It is very late now, or I'd do it myself.


Oooh, and on a related note: FAQ 188 could be updated to say that counter code could be added to a sidebar if Free Text/Blurb is supported in the layout.
