Proposed addition to FAQ markup language

FAQs can currently contain mark-up sequences such as [[faqtitle:17]], [[journalurl]], and a few others. [[faqtitle:17] is great when you want to show the title of FAQ17 in the user's language, eg in a link, but sometimes you want to quote fragments of the user interface instead, such as field labels in a form, or menu options. To help with this, I'd like to have an extra [[...]] sequence, [[string:/support/faqbrowse.bml.more]].

This would require changes in (at least) htdocs/support/faqbrowse.bml and htdocs/support/faqsearch.bml. (The latter because searching for UI strings is probably a common use of FAQ search, and you need to render the FAQs, at least partially, if you still want to do that.)
