Tweak to FAQ 25?

FAQ 25 (how do I rename) links to http://www.livejournal.com/misc/expunged_list.bml as a way to view deleted and purged accounts; given the sentence before (you can't have it unless it's purged), there's an implication that only names on that list are unavailable. As I understand it (unless the behaviour's changed) this list doesn't cover all purged usernames, just those purged in (and also since?) the mass purge on May 4th.

IMO the description for the Newly Available Usernames should take into account that it isn't all (eg instead of the current "View deleted and purged accounts." have something like "View recently purged accounts" or something), and there should also be a mention that going to exampleusername.livejournal.com/profile/ will tell you whether an account's unregistered, in use, deleted, or purged. (Or suspended.) ...and should maybe mention that the profile page for deleted accounts will have a link to sign up for notification.

Also, for accuracy, in the first sentence "or under your control" should probably be changed to "or a personal account under your control", since you can't rename to communities.

...I suppose all that is technically more than just a tweak, huh? *G*
