Also, I was just noticing on category view of "premium features" FAQs that some, but not all, of those FAQs had the nice highlighted boxes at the top stating which account types had access to that particular feature. It'd be nice to get it on all of those FAQs, I think, for consistency.
There seem to be a couple of different variants - "This FAQ applies only to these account levels" (Type A) vs "Only these account levels can use part 1 of the feature, but all account levels can use part 2 of the feature."
