I noticed today that FAQ 104 doesn't contain a link to either /paidaccounts/ or FAQ 44. I think it should. It does link to /create.bml, which in turn links to /paidaccounts/, but that's a bit of a long way round. I don't really see why create.bml has to be referenced twice, when there is a more appropriate link.
So, I propose it be changed to this:
