Ad placement options has changed location

FAQ266 says, "Plus users can change the ad placement in their S2 journals from the Ad Settings page under the Ad Layout heading."

This is no longer accurate because the ad placement settings have been moved to the Choose Journal Style page. Revised text:

Plus users can change the ad placement in their S2 journals from the Choose Journal Style page under the Choose a Page Setup heading.
