FAQ 183 not clear about the fate of deleted voiceposts

FAQ 183 says:
If you delete an entry containing a voice post, you cannot re-post the audio file to another entry. Voice posts are associated with an individual entry; this cannot be changed.
This is true, but fails to mention that they also become inaccessible from the file manager, which is an occasional source of rightfully upset users.

Suggested rewrite:
If you delete an entry containing a voice post, you cannot re-post the audio file to another entry or recover it from the file manager. Voice posts are associated with an individual entry; this cannot be changed.
