FAQ #38: Sponsored Accounts?

The TOS have been updated to mention Sponsored accounts as a new account level but FAQ #38 doesn't mention them at all, maybe because one can't create a sponsored account, only upgrade to it and because one must enable Cyrillic services first. Nevertheless, I think the FAQ should be edited to reflect the TOS.

It also seems to be worth noting that, although communities can enable Cyrillic services, they can't upgrade to sponsored accounts (or use any other Cyrillic service?). I couldn't do it anyway, just switch to Plus.
