Using LJ as OpenID

We need a new FAQ on using LJ as OpenID on other sites. This is what needs to go in there:

1. To use LiveJournal as OpenID, put in your address. See FAQ 104 to determine the address.
2. You can change your permissions at: http://www.livejournal.com/openid/options.bml
3. If you get error messages see FAQ 233.

Particularly, the #2 is important, because right now it's impossible to find this link (unless you know something about it).
