183 needs update

183 (How do I posted voice?) needs a small update for two things - getting rid of the Gizmo for LJ Talk line, and removing the lj_bot bit since it's also not possible to use regular Gizmo5 to voice post anymore.

Edit: Gil tells me Tupshin says that voice posting through Gizmo should work, and it not working is potentially a bug.

Edit edit: Resolved now by just removing the Gizmo for LJ Talk and replacing it with a link to Gizmo5. This may need a "non-official LJ" disclaimer but it's good enough for now.
