Link to FAQ on username limitations in FAQ on renaming

I think it might be a good idea to have FAQ 25 on renaming link to FAQ 127 on username limitations, perhaps near the beginning where it talks about unregistered usernames.

Because renaming to, say, "lj_pne" will not work even if that username is not currently registered. Nor will LiveJournal be happy about "William H. Gates III" (too long, spaces, period).
