downgrading from plus / differences from basic (inspired by 976867)

The lists in 263 and 288 are missing information about what happens when you downgrade from plus to basic. Could probably integrate bits of 114 for styles-specific stuff (or otherwise combine them). Also missing, a mention of login boxes on the nav strip for basic/plus journals.
