Setting default text editor

It doesn't appear that 222 or any of the other FAQs explain how to set your default text editor. We should probably add a link to http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/?cat=display in there.

Also, a link in 72 would be nice, especially as it mentions that the RTE might be set to your default, but not how to change it.
