272 might could use a sentence or two explaining that editing an entry doesn't trigger a new notification, so if you subscribe to "x posts a new entry" you won't get notified if they're posting (e.g.) private and then editing to public. This section could also include "if you subscribe to x posts a new tag, you won't get it unless tags are added at the time of posting".
