FAQ 294: turning it off

The FAQ on LJ Messenger wasn't very clear on how to deactivate the feature. So, there's now a new section at the bottom titled "Deactivating", which includes the sentence that was at the end of the FAQ about deleting your WLID, but also includes "how the heck do you turn off the browser popup?"
