The lost and lonely OpenID comment and confused journal owner

While OpenID commenting is covered adequately in 231, 62 does not make mention of where they fall in terms of anonymous/registered/friends, and I think it ought to.

Current:
Enable comments by selecting "everybody", "registered users", or "friends" next to Enable comments.

Proposed:
Enable comments by selecting "everybody" (allows anonymous comments), "registered users" (allows validated OpenID users), or "friends" next to Enable comments.
