The Support Guide

I have been told not to use the old ( http://www.livejournal.com/talkread.bml?itemid=5555555 ) addresses in support, but to use the full out ( http://www.livejournal.com/talkread.bml?journal=howto&itemid=5555 ).

However, the support guide ( http://www.livejournal.com/doc/find?guide=support ) is full of the first example. I'm just curious if anyone is going to change this, so that there is no reason for people to accidently post those addresses.
