Suspended journals get deleted eventually now, don't they?

I thought I had heard that journals that have been permanently suspended for more than "x" number of days will be eligible for purging.

In which case, FAQ 127 needs to be updated to cover this; it currently says that "permanently suspended accounts will never be deleted".
