Link from FAQ 16 to FAQ 220? (also, harmonize the spelling)

FAQ 21 links to FAQ 220 in the phrase 'neither transferable nor refundable'.

FAQ 16 also talks about paid time being 'non-transferrable and non-refundable'. I wonder whether this phrase should also link to FAQ 220.

Also, 'transfer(r)able' should be spelled the same way in both places. (Whether to keep it as 'non-transferable and non-refundable' in 16 or to change it to 'neither transferable nor refundable' as in 21 and 220 is up to you.)
