FAQ 166 updated

Just FYI for everyone -- I have just updated FAQ 166, the one about account trading/selling, to more strongly state that it's a really really bad idea, and to make the clear statement that an account shown to have been sold (or comped for that purpose) is subject to suspension at any point in the future.

Basically, taking away the emphasis on 'Don't do this because it's insecure' and putting it where it truly belongs, which is 'Don't do this because it's likely a TOS violation (depending on the history of the account) and you could get pwned for it. Oh, and by the way, it's insecure.'
