Addition to FAQ #18

FAQ #18 "How do I change my password?" is pretty damn empty and only contains a link to changepassword.bml.

With the recent addition of the forcing of complex passwords lots of people are asking in support about what the message is about and what they should do. Lots of people are changing their passwords. Since we are focusing on secure passwords FAQ #18 should contain a brief line and a link to FAQ #71 "How should I secure my password and prevent other people from logging into my account?" I would suggest the following addition.
