inconsistencies in 38 and 128 about style creation

as nyxie pointed out here, FAQ 38 says that early adopters can create styles, but FAQ 128 says that only paid accounts can create styles. both early adopters and permanent accounts can create styles, so i propose the first sentence of FAQ 38 be changed to:

"Only paid accounts, permanent accounts and early adopters can create custom styles."

i bet that proposed change didn't come as a surprise ;)
